#x^2(x−2)^6#

apply the product rule,
#(x^2)'(x−2)^6 + x^2((x−2)^6)'#
#=> 2x* (x-2)^6 + x^2 * 6(x-2)^5*color(red)(1)#
#=> 2x (x-2)^6 + 6x^2(x-2)^5#

note: the #color(red)(1)# is the derivative of #x-2#, which comes about as a result of the chain rule applied to #((x−2)^6)'#
