Planet X is the name for a theoretical planet.
Explanation:
The term Planet X is used for a planet which has been predicted but not actually observed.
Planets are predicted when the orbits of one or more known planets show irregularities which could be caused by the gravity of another, as yet undiscovered planet.
There is currently thought to be a Planet X, which is also known as Planet 9, in the outer solar system. This has been predicted because the orbits of several outer solar system bodies are not as expected and could be explained by the presence of a larger body which has not yet been detected.
