Equation is #4y=x+4#

Explanation:

If slope is #m# and #y#-intercept is #c#,

equation of line is #y=mx+c# and its #x#-intercept is given by putting #y=0# i.e. #mx+c=0# or #-c/m#.

So if #y# intercept is #c#, #x#-intercept is #-c/m#

hence if #x#-intercept is #d#, #y#-intercept would be #-md#

and equation would be #y=mx-md#

Hence, if slope is #0.25# i..e. #1/4# and #x#-intercept is #-4#

Equattion is #y=1/4x-1/4xx(-4)#

or #4y=x+4#
