equation of line is `y=mx+c` and its `x`-intercept is given by putting `y=0` i.e. `mx+c=0` or `-c/m`.

So if `y` intercept is `c`, `x`-intercept is `-c/m`

hence if `x`-intercept is `d`, `y`-intercept would be `-md`

and equation would be `y=mx-md`

Hence, if slope is `0.25` i..e. `1/4` and `x`-intercept is `-4`

Equattion is `y=1/4x-1/4xx(-4)`
