Chemistry is a step after Physics. Where Physics often concerns itself with individual atoms and their components, Chemistry is concerned with how atoms behave when brought together and chemically bonded.

Chemistry is all around us. It is present in the food we eat, the smells we smell, the clothes we wear, the soaps we wash with, the fertilizers we plant with, and so many other things. The study of Chemistry is very important to how the world is today, with things like dynamite, nylon, penicillin, plastic, the very screen you are reading on, and others being invented only because of Chemistry
