Liver

Explanation:

Urea is principal excretory product of man and is synthesized in a metabolic pathway i.e Urea cycle or Krebs-Henseleit cycle. This cycle takes place in liver that is clearing house of the body . And within liver cells, the reactions for it's synthesis take place in cytosol and mitochondrial matrix.
In urea cycle, two molecules of ammonia #(NH_3)# and one molecule of carbon dioxide #(CO_2)# combine to form one molecule of urea #(NH_2)_2CO# through series of reactions.
