The original amide contains three carbon atoms .
So root name is prop and it being saturated one 'ane' and "amide' suffixes are to be added after it giving the name propanamide. But two ethyl groups replace two #H# atoms linked with #N# atomof amide group #-CONH_2#.Hence adding a prefix - N,N-diethyl we get the following name of the compound
