Plenty of conspiracy theories exist, but there is no evidence of any permanent, non-man-made satellite orbiting Earth except our usual Moon.

Explanation:

There are, however, various temporary satellites. These may be either of two kinds of things:

1) Meteoroids that get clipped by our atmosphere and orbit for some time before falling in, or

2) Asteroids that accompany Earth's orbit, controlled by the combined gravitational action of the Earth and Sun, which may temporarily circle the Earth at millions of miles away.

Such objects are too small to have any substantial impact on our Earth and (large) Moon, but they make a good basis for stories. Read about the (true) "other moons of earth" at https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Claimed_moons_of_Earth.
