Water would appear be a good solvent.

2-hexanol is reported to be soluble at 5.9g/L in water (Record in the GESTIS Substance Database of the Institute for Occupational Safety and Health), while 1-hexene is only 'soluble' at 50mg/l - a 100-fold difference!

No solvent is likely to give you 100% separation in one pass. For higher purities or yields you may need to do successive extractions on the primary solution.
