You will need to support your thesis with data and also give counter examples in the body of the paper.

Explanation:

For example a higher degree allows college graduates to have a higher job position, can be supported by the fact that nurses with a BSN are offered supervisory positions that are not available to nurses with only an RN. BSN also earn more than nurses with only a two year RN degree.

A counter example is that people who graduate with a degree in say political science, may end up working at MC earning less than a person who went to a technical JC. These counter examples need to be part of the paper and answered.

I have some thoughts below.

Explanation:

I find "College is worth it" to be too vague.

Worth what? what does college cost?

Money, time, effort, delaying the start of a career and possibly the start of a family.

Which costs do you want to focus on?

What are the benefits of college?

Better understanding of some of the world, insights into various things (how others think, how the world works, theory and practice of various arts), increased self-confidence, increased ability to think critically, improved time management and other organizational skills, possibly a higher income (although there are no guarantees).

Which benefits do you want to focus on?

Many graduates do not find it "easy" to pay off their college debts
