Ecosystem is defined as a biological(related to life or biotic) community together with its abiotic components.

Explanation:

So, biotic(related to life) components are main constituents of ecosystem. And also the relation between biotic and abiotic components maintain necessary balance in ecosystem. So, if we skip even one of these , the balance can't be maintained.

  • Atmosphere

  • Soil

  • Climate

  • Water etc...
