There is no specific part of the muscle cell having a lot of mitochondria. However, we can say; Unlike other cells muscle cells have a lot of mitochondria in their sarcoplasm.

Explanation:

Mitochondria is a eukaryotes' cell organelle. Muscle cells contain mitochondria in their sarcoplasm. Muscle cells themselves are differentiated from other cells in being densely populated with these complex cell organelles i.e Mitochondria.
So. there is nothing like muscle cell contain a lot of mitochondria at its left or right side or near golgi complex and all that...
