1 . Direct mixing of excretory products of human beings to water.
2 . Direct mixing of industrial waste products into water
3 . Mixing of harmful insecticide and pesticide into surface water sources which get washed away from the fields to those places by rain water
4 . Discarding plastic materials directly into ocean,river or ponds hampers acquatic ecosystem
5 . Radioactive plant leakage leads to mixing of radioactive material with sea water,which is very harmful for all of us.
