Three steps; dehydration, electrophilic addition and nucleophilic substitution.

Explanation:

It's a staged process, you can't do it in one reaction.

First;

Dehydrate the propan-1-ol to propene using #Al_2O_3# (Aluminium Oxide)

Second;

Add HBr Hydrogen Bromide to the propene. This will form 2-bromo-propane.

Thirdly;

Add dilute NaOH (sodium Hydroxide) to the 2-bromo-propane and propan-2-ol will form as a result of nucleophilic substitution.
