Then `DNA` polymerase takes up `dNTP's` in the nucleus and catalyzes them to complimentarily pair with the template strand of `DNA` in the `5'` to `3'` direction.

If you're referring to transcription,

Then `RNA` polymerase takes up the `NTP's` in the nucleus and catalyzes them to complimentarily pair to catalyze the transcription of `mRNA` to be processed further and eventually translated into polypeptides.
