Not villi but microvilli are present.

Explanation:

Villi are finger-like projections specifically present in intestinal wall. While microvilli smaller than villi, can be found in other body parts as well.

In case of nose:
The brush cells are columnar cells present in olfactory epithelium of nasal cavity. These brush cells have microvilli. The olfactory epithelium of nasal cavity is involved in sensation of smell.
