#"Movement is a feature of SOME living things...."#

Explanation:

However, #"movement"# is NOT a sufficient condition. And there is a large class of living things that are incapable of movement, for instance green plants.

Ability to reproduce is a feature of living things that is more discriminating. Athletes can reproduce, but cars are incapable of reproduction.

Movement is not the only feature of a living thing.

Explanation:

There is more than just movement to life.

For example, cars do not respire. They (for normal cars) do not respond to stimuli in the environment, although the case could be made for driverless cars. Even then, cars do not reproduce and they do not grow. An interesting proposal, but cars are not alive (although I think Pixar might have something to say about that...)
