#ATP, ADP and "nucleic acids".#

Explanation:

  • #ATP# stands for Adenosine triphosphate.
    https://socratic.org/questions/what-is-atp-and-what-does-it-do
  • #ADP# stands for Adenosine diphosphate.
    http://shodor.org/succeed-1.0/programs/compchem97/atp/
  • Nucleic acids that are #RNA and DNA# are made up of building blocks i.e nucleotides. And nucleotides contain phosphate groups.

Now you may be asking yourself that all discussed above are phosphates not phosphorus.

So the answer is: Phosphorus mostly exist in an iptje form of inorganic salts i.e phosphates. These contain one phosphorus atom and four oxygen atoms just like: #PO_4^(3^-)#.

Thus we can say that all the molecules mentioned above contain phosphorus.

Hope it helps...
