Taking antilogarithm:

#6^y=6^(log_6(x+5))#

#6^y=x+5#

#6^y-5=x#

Let #x=y#

#f^-1(x)=6^x-5#

From the graph it can be seen that #f^-1(x)# is #f(x)# reflected in the line #y=x#. This is true for all inverses.
