You can use direct proportion to compare the real distance in kilometres and the scale drawing in centimetres.

#(7cm)/(250km) = (21cm)/(xkm)" "(larr"scale drawing")/(larr"real distance")#

Cross multiply to get:

#7x = 21xx250#

#x = (21xx250)/7#

#x = 750km#
