Cerebrum homeostasis is regulating it's requirements through cerebrum spinal fluid.

Cerebrospinal fluid literally baths nervous tissue. It does not have direct blood supply. The oxygen, glucose , ions like sodium,potassium ,bicarbonates keeps pH and nutrition of nervous tissue fulfilled. Any dificiency is promptly fulfilled. That the homeostatic regulation.
