For #f(1)# you need to plug in #1# wherever you see #n# in the formula for the sequence, and for #f(2)# plug in #2#, and so on:

#f(1)=6(1)-4=6-4=2#

#f(2)= 6(2)-4=12-4=8#

#f(3)=6(3)-4=14#

#f(4)=6(4)-4=20#

#f(5)=6(5)-4=26#

To construct a table, treat #f(n)# as #y# and #n# as #x# the same way as you would make an #x# #y# table when you want to graph a function.
