As the o-ve blood type will produce antibodies to destroy the a+ve blood cells

Explanation:

So to understand this we must know why antibodies are produced in living organisms. Antibodies are produced when the body identifies new or foreign cells in our body.assuming these newly introduced cells are harmful, our body produces antibodies and destroys them to be safe. So in the given example. Donor is of a+ve so his blood has two substances an "a" antigen and rh antigen which are now introduced into the o blood type. Any person with o-ve blood type has no antigen in his blood, so his body identifies "a" and "rh" as foreign and destroys them.
