Presbyopia

Explanation:

It is an eyesight defect common in old people with age varying from #41-60#years. In presbyopia the eye exhibits a progressively diminished ability to focus on near objects with age. It cause the lens of the eye to become rigid and hardened thus eye can't focus light directly on the retina because of less flexible lens.

Consequently, eye loses its ability to properly focus on the objects placed closer. Thus, the objects placed quite near to eyes appear blurred without the use of convex lenses' spectacles.
