Given, expression of position is # x =2 +3t - t^2#

So, velocity time relationship will be # (dx)/(dt) = 3 -2t#

So,velocity at #t=0# is #3 ms^-1#

And, at #t=2# was #(3-2×2)=-1ms^-1#

So,average acceleration = change in velocity/total time taken for the change = # (-1-3)/(2-0)=-2 ms^-2#
