$T = \frac{2 {v}_{0} S \int h \eta}{g}$

$\implies T = \frac{2 \cdot 7 \sin \left(\frac{\pi}{3}\right)}{9.8} = \frac{14 \cdot 0.866}{9.8} = \frac{12.124}{9.8} = 1.2371 s$

$\implies T = 1.2371 s$
