The torque required to unscrew is 5Nm but the force on the wrench is 37.03N


Torque is always to the center of the rotated object.

Assuming you mean bolt diameter is 3cm, so radius is1.5cm

The torque which holds it is 5Nm which is 500N-cm

So #500/(12 +1.5)# is the force required to unscrew the bolt.

That equals : #37.03N#
