Acid and base; solving for pH of a solution?

Determine the pH when 10.0mL of 0.300mol/L potassium carbonate combined with 15.0mL of 0.300mol/L sodium hydrogen carbonate
Thank you!!!

pH = 10.13

Explanation:

carbonate and hydrogen carbonate form a buffer solution. the cations are ininfluent. If pK_2 = 10,3 = log of second dissociation constant, #n_s #= mol of carbonate# n_a#= mol of hydrogen carbonate we have
#pH = pk_2 + log(n_s/n_a)= 10.3 +log (3/4.5) =10.13#
