Clotting of blood is due to more than 12 factors. Few factors are in the body like Pro thrombin and fibrinogen. If your food is with low vitamin K clotting time increases. To reduce the clotting time try Kale and spinach. Both are with sufficient vitamin K. Calcium ions increases clotting time. If blood is with low calcium ions blood will not clot. In blood banks the stored blood is without calcium This prevents clotting
