i dont understand why the answer isnt 23 because the other tree casts a shadow that was 3 meters less but i keep answering 23 meters and its saying incorrect

Ans is 25

Since the bottom angle for equal for both triangles

we can say that

#(Shadow1)/ (Tree1 )= (Shadow2) / (Tree 2)#

# 12 / 15 = 20 /( Tree2)#

#Tree2 = 15 * 20 /12 #

#Tree2 = 25#
