1) As best as I can tell, the picture says #QR=SR# and #PR=TR.# We can also say #angle QRP ~= angle SRT# because they are vertically opposite angles. Thus:

#triangle QRP ~= triangle SRT# by SAS (side-angle-side).

2) Unfortunately, the diagram in this question is unreadable.

3) Any triangle whose sides are all the same length is called an equilateral triangle. "Equi-" meaning same, and "lateral" meaning side.

4) A triangle that has two congruent angles (or, equivalently, two congruent sides) is called an isoceles triangle.
