Young's modulus or modulus of elasticity #Y#, is given by dividing the tensile stress, #σ ( epsilon )# by extensional strain, #ε# .

#Y -= (σ (ε)) /ε = (F / A)/( (ΔL) / L_0) #
where #F# is the force exerted to produce stress in cross-sectional area #A# perpendicular to the force, #ΔL# is change in length of the object and #L_0# is the original length of the object.

Inserting given values in SI units we get

#Y_"aluminum" = (66700 / (16.5xx10^-3)^2)/( (0.43xx10^-3) / (125xx10^-3)) #
#=>Y_"aluminum" = (66700xx10^6) / (16.5)^2xx(125)/(0.43) #
#=>Y_"aluminum"=71.2xx10^10\ "Pa or "71.2\ "GPa"#

Young's modulus has units of Stress or of Pressure: #"Pascal (Pa)"#
