Can we say that Tension is also a form of normal reaction? as whenever we apply force on a wire or rope,it applies counter force on us which is tension,which is perpendicular to us.

You could also have a rope attached to an object's surface that pulls at different angles so the tension would not always be normal to the surface.
I think there are some other differences. Normal contact forces are caused by the repulsive forces as particles are pressed under an object's weight. Tension is caused by attractive forces between particles as they are pulled apart.
