Explanation:

1. As `k(x)=2x` we have `k(2)=2xx2=4`

and hence `f(g(h(k(2))))=f(g(h(4)))`

= `f(g(4^2-9))=f(g(7))=f(7-3)=f(4)=4`

2. Similalry `f(g(h(k(x))))=f(g(h(2x)))`

= `f(g((2x)^2-9))=f(g(4x^2-9))`

= `f(4x^2-9-3)=f(4x^2-12)=4x^2-12`
