Do black holes really exist?

Yes.since they do not emit radiation of any kind we have to find them by indirect proofs.

Explanation:

Stars going round the black holes will have very high speed due to large mass of black holes..When matter falls to black holes at the event horizon we can see X rays due to very high temperature.
