In order to calculate the molar equivalence of barium...you must include the mass of waters....i.e. #244.25*g*mol^-1# rather than #208.23*g*mol^-1#. Sometimes if you use an old bottle of reagent, you may have the dihydrate in a bottle that is labelled barium chloride...
