Yes. The matter for growth of population of living thing and developments of non-living things come from within the Earth and its atmosphere. Earth is gaining mass, at about #10^(-14)%#/year only.

Explanation:

The gain comes from vacuum cleaning by the Earth, in its orbital

motion, around the Sun.

The loss of mass comes from losing mostly hydrogen and a little

helium, at about 3 kg/sec.

Algebraically, the net change is positive but it is 1 in 100 trillion % /

year.

So, there is no reason, for any fear at all.

Further, the matter for growth of population of living things and

developments of non-living things like constructions, and through

transportation, come from within the Earth and its atmosphere.
