We know that focal length of a concave mirror whose radius of curvature is #8\ m# is given as

#f=8/2=4\ m#

Using the given formula and inserting given values in same units we get

#1/f=1/u+1/v#
#1/4=1/0.1+1/v#
#=>1/v=1/4-10#
#=>1/v=-39/4#
#=>v=-0.102\ m#

The image is virtual and formed behind the mirror. It is magnified and upright.
