Heat energy required for taking #m# mass of substance of specific heat #s# from a temperature of #theta# to #theta'# is given as, #H=ms(theta'-theta)#

Given, #m=5×1000=5000g,theta'=50^@C,theta=30^@C#

And for water specific heat is #1# C.G.S unit

So,putting the values we get, #H=5000×1×(50-30)=10^5# Calories

Now,the relationship between Celcius scale and Fahrenheit scale us given as,

#C/5 = (F-32)/9#

Putting #C=50^@C# we get, #F=122^@F#
