Only #3 is exponential. The common ratio is 3.

Explanation:

For each function calculate the ratio of successive terms until either you get different ratios or you reach the end of the table.

I used `f(n+1)/f(n)`

So for #1 we get

`f(0)/f(-1) = 3/9=1/3`
`f(1)/f(0) = 1/3`
`f(2)/f(1) = 0.3/1 !=1/3` so we can say it is not exponential (the ratio is not constant)
For completeness I also checked
`f(3)/f(2) = 0.9/0.3=3/1 != 1/3`

Do the same with each function.
