Photosynthesis provides glucose and oxygen to the respiratin, while respiration provides carbondioxide to the photosynthesis.

  1. Photosynthisis is an anabolic process, while the respiration is a catabolic process. Both depend on each other.
  2. In photosynthesis glucose is formed and oxygen is released as by product.
  3. In respiration glucoseis oxidised by the use of oxygen. During the process of respiration, carbondioxide is released. The carbondioxide is raw material for photosynthesis. Thank you
