Bone structure could be changed by putting some weight in it.. that means when you are doing your physical activity, the mass and force that press your bone could change your bone. Not means that it is broken or fracture but because the osteoid, needs a stimulation especially from physical activity to make sure that the trabecular system is working well or if the osteoid thinks that it needs to add more they would replicate.

Bone structure can be changed with inflammatory response especially the systemic, that because interaction between chemical and receptor of osteoblast and osteoclast being interrupted making the bone could be resorbed more than being produced by the osteoblast
