Take half of the initial mass go across until the line meets the curve. Then go down to find the time that corresponds to the half life.

The initial mass appears to be 480 half of 480 is 240
240 meets the curve above 10.2 days.
Do this with a ruler and draw the lines it will be more precise than the eyeball measurements possible on the computer.
