the solution of HCL are made by allowing to the cold water to absorb HCl gas in a counterflow flow cooled. Since HCl in water decreases the boiling point of solution (that is 40°C for a 36%m/m of concentration) its concentration cannot generally rise up over this value. Under 20% (azeotropic point in solution of water and HCl) HCl may be concentred by fractional distillation.
