As explained in the link, ${K}_{s p}$ is just another equilibrium constant:
$M X \left(s\right) \rightarrow {M}^{+} + {X}^{-}$
${K}_{s p} = \left[{M}^{+}\right] \left[{X}^{-}\right]$
$\left[M X \left(s\right)\right]$ does not appear in the expression, because we cannot speak of the concentration of a solid.
