Well, first you need the molecular formula of $\text{vitamin A}$.
I don't know it, but this site relates that vitamin A is a family of organic compounds that includes $\text{retinol}$, i.e. ${C}_{20} {H}_{30} O$, i.e. 6 degrees of unsaturation.
And ${C}_{20} {H}_{30} O$ gives a molecular mass of...........
