# How do you convert the following phrases into math expressions, and then evaluate the expressions: the quotient of 23 and 25?

The $\text{quotient}$ of a number with respect to some other number is simply the FIRST number DIVIDED by the SECOND NUMBER.
And thus the quotient of $23$ and $25$ is $\frac{23}{25}$. Capisce?
What about the quotient of $5$ with respect to $25$. Can I simplify that?
