How do you divide: #(4x^2-10x-24)# divide by (2x+3)?

This could be achieved (fairly simply) by factoring
#(4x^2-10x-24)= (2x+3)(2x-8)#
but let's use this as an opportunity to practice synthetic division which can be applied in more difficult cases:
