(2x^3+3)(2x^2+3)

Explanation:

Factor by grouping
Put parenthesis around two first and last terms
(4x^5+6x^3)+(6x^2+9)
Factor out gcf
2x^3(2x^2+3)+3(2x^2+3)
If you did it right the parenthesis should be same so you can cross one out and make a new parenthesis with the two terms you factored out
(2x^3+3)(2x^2+3)
This is more concept than logic so don't mind the addition sign in between
