amplitude: 1
period: 2pi
vertical phase shift: 0
horizontal phase shift: right 30 degrees or pi/6 in radians

Explanation:

cot is not being multiplied by anything therefore amplitude is 1.
period of tangent and cotangent with no stretch is always 2pi.
nothing is being added outside of the inner function so there is no vertical shift, but there is subtraction inside the inner function shifting it to the right 30 degrees.
