Domain is the set of all $x$ coordinate, so domain $= \left(3 , 4 , 6 , 5\right)$

Range is the set of all $y$ coordinate, so range $= \left(4 , 3 , 5 , 6\right)$

From this, we can find out that every element in $x$ has only one element in $y$.

So it is a Function.
